What do I need to provide to get started?
Tell us about your business, services, and preferred style. You’ll also need to provide the text, photos, logo (if you have one), and contact details you want on the website. We’ll confirm what’s needed before work begins.
How long will my website take?
It depends on the number of pages and how quickly we receive your content and feedback. We’ll agree on a timeline before starting.
What does maintenance actually cover?
Maintenance includes periodic site, navigation, and contact-link checks plus minor technical upkeep. Content edits cost $20/hour with approval; larger work is quoted separately. Original-work defects reported within 60 days of launch are corrected at no labor charge. Third-party outages and major repairs are not included.
Will I own my website and domain?
Yes. Once your website is paid for, you own the completed website and your domain remains yours. You can stop future maintenance without losing ownership. Domain registration and other approved third-party services are paid separately.
How do payments and revisions work?
A 50% website deposit starts the project. The remaining 50% is due after approval, before launch. The first month of maintenance is charged separately at launch ($15 Starter or $25 Business). Each website package includes one revision round; extra work requires your approval before billing.
